The bars were delicious.!
The 4 stars was because of the low quantity. They reminded me of a Clark bar? The mini size is perfectly pleading but should be a few more in the such a huge bag.

Toby bars are very yummy. Great chocolate covering the peanut butter toffee. I was happy to support the rescue.
